Game stopping bug

There is a game stopping bug on dragon eyes level 5 just right before you fight the boss, the door wont open and cant be lock picked.

Basically stopping the game from progressing any further. I played this on the pc and also reconfirmed online there is absolutely no key required, the doors should automatically open.

As it stands now the game is unplayable, all the time wasted just to be stuck.

Update beamdog is actively working on a solution very good customer support also if you restart sometime it works.
